Apply OU level policy OK, but domain level policy not appl..

We have 4 Domain Controllers, One primary DNS and the rest seconday DNS. One main Group Policy at the domain level, and other policies to each individual OU. Individual OU policies are applying. Domain policy is applying to 3 of the sites (OU's) but not to the primary DNS OU. I verified that the only DNS entries for workstations is the internal DNS servers. Need to get main Domain Level Policy to apply in OU=CLT. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Robbie

Turns out someone turned on Block Inheritance just for this OU. Unchecked it and all is well. Sorry for the bother. Robbie
