AppModel-Runtime Critical Error (Event ID 79)

Recently my PC has been having issues such as randomly shutting off and It was having an issue updating windows.

There is over 60 critical errors in Event Viewer with these specific error codes.
"0x3D55: Package family Microsoft.OneConnect_8wekyb3d8bbwe runtime information is corrupted. Attempting to correct the issue."

As well as "0x3D55: Package family Microsoft.Windows.Photos_8wekyb3d8bbwe runtime information is corrupted. Attempting to correct the issue."

This could be a windows error or just something random. I've tried researching it but haven't come up with anything that could help. Any feedback/answers would be very appreciated.

right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter
SFC fixes system files, second command cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC
