Appropriate SMPS and UPS ??

I m assembling my PC with the following components plz suggest me with the appropriate Power supply (SMPS) and UPS backup requirement for the following components :

1. Intel Core i920 Processor
2. XFX X58i Motherboard
3. Visiontek ATI RADEON HD 5850 1GB Graphics Card.
4. 4 GB 800 MHz Ram
5. 2*2 TB Seagate 5900 RPM HDD
6. DVD Writer Drive
7. Thermaltake VL20001W2Z Element V Full Tower Cabinet

Plz. suggest me the approriate SMPS with power requirement (wattage) and UPS Required for backup of only the CPU unit (withour monitor).

I suggest looking in the 550-600 watt range, unless you think you may add another video card at some point, then I would grab a 600-700 watt model. Look for 85% efficiency or better. Look at Corsair HX or TX series, Antec true power.

I would get a UPS with at least 400W rating for about a minute of down time, 550 for a couple minutes.
