So my friend is getting big, or trying to at least, into PC gaming and streaming to Youtube. He mainly plays ARMA III. Only thing is, he's doing it on a $500 HP Laptop. He doesn't know much about PC's, so he's relied on me to put this together for him. All he knows is that he wants the best, which makes sense when he's wanting to Play, record and stream ARMA III as opposed to League of Legends. So what do you guys think? Would you change anything?

I would lower the CPU and up the GPU to keep in the same budget but better performance.

Does that not make less sense though? ARMA III is a ridiculously CPU heavy game, not to mention recording it at the same time as well. That's my thoughts at least.
