Hi, the msconfig.exe startup tab has been moved to the Task Manager / Startup tab in Windows 10. This only lists a few of the startup programs.
First, [
create a Restore Point]. If something goes wrong, you should be able to [
go back to this restore point] and save your system from a full reinstall.
To get access to a full list of programs that start up, download the free Microsoft application [
AutoRuns].
Warning: Disabling the wrong programs in AutoRuns will render your system unbootable. Do not experiment by trying to disable things to make your system start faster. Do not disable anything that looks unknown to you.
Try using the search box at the top of AutoRuns to see if you can find and disable the applications there. If you're not sure if you can disable something or not, ask first by giving full details here. Give the information here about what all programs you are trying to disable and where you find them in AutoRuns.
