My software library has sprung a leak. The Creative application CD with
items like the Mixer and PlayCenter shipped by Gateway with PCs containing
GW Part No. 6002172 has disappeared. So, after a reinstall of WinXP, I have
a only a working sound card with updated drivers. Gateway no longer offers
the CD, and Creative is not at all interested in helping owners of an OEM
card.

So, if you have a GW system (mine is a 700X bought in June 2002) with
SoundBlaster Audio with IEEE 1394 Firewire, what would it take to have a
copy of this CD burned and mailed to Mass.?

Thanks,

Cliff

Cliff,

Why do you not go to gateway.com support and enter your system serial
number the go to my downloads. Same thing except it isn't on a cd.
