Apps/Games Crashing & Various BSOD's!

Hi!
I've been getting a lot of bsod's and crashes recently while using my pc.
Most of programmes and games i run just crash and eventually give me bsod after some time - even Google Chrome tabs give me the "Oh Snap!" error.

Crashes from games NBA 2K16 & NBA 2K17 (according to crash logs of those games) were related to files:
- kernel32.dll
- ntdll.dll
- nvwgf2umx.dll

I have downloaded BlueScreenView, and the bsod's are related to files:
- ntoskrnl.exe
- NTFS.sys
- dxgmms2.sys
- usbehci.sys (unfortunately minidump of that bsod got deleted and i cant recover it)
With following error codes:
- "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"
- "CACHE_MANAGER"
- "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT"
- "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA"

I tried many solutions found in the web including:
- Reinstalling Windows (many times, many versions including Win7, Win8, Win10)
- Updating drivers
- Deleting leftover drivers
- Scanning computer for viruses
- Bought a brand-new motherboard, RAM and HDD
- sfc /scannow
- replacing kernel32.dll and ntdll.dll files
Nothing as of posted above worked.

My PC specs:
- MB: ASUS H61M-K
- RAM: 2x 4GB
- CPU: Intel Core i3-3220
- GPU: MSI Geforce GT730
- OS: currently Windows 10

Little update: Now i can't even run one tab in Google Chrome for 10-15 minutes without it crashing constantly
Anybody help please?
