Question Apps randomly go fuzzy

I have encountered a problem where 2 apps, namely Discord and Vortex by Nexus Mods will go fuzzy, meaning everything.

I'm not sure what causes the problem or how to stop it, it happens randomly, but moving the mouse or having a new chat message come up in discord will remove the blurriness - for a little while.

Specs:
CPU: Intel i5-7400
Motherboard: ASRock H270M Performance
Memory: 16GB Ram
Graphcis card: GTX 1060 6GB
Display: LE-28GA06

Has the blurriness always been a problem or did the blurriness just start?

Perhaps there was some buggy update or file corruption.

My suggestion would be to download, reinstall, and reconfigure both apps.

Be sure that you download the correct version(s) via the manufacturer's website.

And, just reinstall one app first. Test.

If the problem continues, then reinstall the other app.

I redownloaded Discord and the problem seemed to disappear, but after a while it started happening again - it seems to be some sort of out of focus effect for when the mouse isn't moving or it stays off the window - any idea why this might be?
