Apps Wont Open

Im using Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit edition and when i try to open apps it just comes up with a blank colored screen. Anyone know how to fix this?

It is a bit hard for me to follow: fast and small even full screen here....

"Clicking" Get the App? Netflix screen?

Managed a couple of pauses to look:

At the top of each colored screen there is a line of text referencing the Windows store......

Are you trying to download the applications or open them?

Can you launch the applications from "All apps" via the Windows screen?
