how to remove unwanted toolbars

Go to Start and select Control Panel, open Add/Remove Programs, look for the toolbar program that you don't want and uninstall it.

To disable the toolbar in your Internet Explorer, Open Internet Explorer, Go to View, Toolbars, and uncheck any unwanted Toolbars. I do recommending uninstalling instead.

If you have any Malware and malicious adware toolbars, you can do a scan with some Malware tools like Malwarebytes and HijackThis.
