APTIO 2012 BIOS Utility

My pc needs clean reinstall of windows so I wanted to use my disc and do it. When I got into the bios I couldn't change settings so that boot can start from my dvd ( disc ). It has like 8 settings, primary, secondary boot option etc. I've tried to put my dvd as a primary but nothing changes when I press f10 to save and restart. I've been searching all over the internet about this and all problems are solved by changing something with CSM or security I am not completely sure. The thing is...I can't find that kind of stuff to change at all. It seems I have completely different bios and I have no idea how to start my windows reinstall from it. Can someone help me please? I would be so grateful
Bios version 2012 aptio utlity megatrend american smth, it's UEFI.

Leave the HDD as the primary boot device.
To boot from the optical drive - Press the F-key that's mentioned at the bottom of your screen (something like "Select Boot Device" ) during POST. It appears at the same time as Press Del (or whatever) to enter setup.

I can try that but I don't remember something else appears beside delete

I spammed f11 and it asked me which boot device to use so I chose dvdram option but nothing happened, my pc just turned on as usual, normally. The setup didn't start.
