This APU will WORSEN the performance of the games due to the bottleneck? or it only will limit the perfomance of the GPU without destroying the FPS?

Solution
Your FPS will be limited to the APU. no point in going to a 1060 with that cpu. The 1060 will sit at idle a lot just waiting on data. Also no it will not destroy your FPS. it will just increase to the limit that you cpu can get data to the GPU

Thanks, I am only asking this because I will change my CPU and motherboard in few months, but I see the 1060 and 1070 at very good price and I was thinking in buying the gpu first and them the new CPU and motherboard, but now I see no advantage in doing this.

I have the money, but the problem is that I live in Panama and here find a high end CPU or motherboard is difficult. There is only 1 or 3 stores in all the country for computer components, moreover the market for this stuffs is very small, so the stores only bring like 5 CPUs or motherboards per model and most of the time if they bring a CPU didnt bring a motherboard for this CPU, the same with the GPUs. It is a pain in the ***.
The only advantage in this country is that computer components are not overpriced compared to the price in USA, in other countries like Costa Rica, Colombia or Argentina you have every component with an overprice of 2x even 3x.
