[SOLVED] APU and graphics card

Heads up! Noob here.
I bought a new pc and it came with a intergrated graphics card Radeon to be specific. I was just wondering if I could get like an Nvidia one but on my pc there's "Radeon" setting already, do I need an installer or something because am pretty sure amd and nvidia dont go hand on hand or do I just plug the new graphics card in? And don't do anything. Asrock a320 HDV motherboard running on windows 10 sorry for the noob question am new to this

GPUs aren't limited by CPU. You can use an Nvidia GPU with an AMD CPU and vice versa.
