Remember that the A8-7600 will require a new MB with a FM2+ socket. So unless you are already buying another MB, stick with FM2 parts.

The A10-5800 is probably your best option of your presented choices. But it is hard to recommend something without knowing a) your market prices b) your usage c) power limitations d) system form factor: ATX, micro ATX, or mini ITX and e) your budget.

DDR3 is already fast memory so you will not see value from upgrading to faster memory unless you can sell your old memory for a decent price.

I would recommend the a10_6800k. It's the last fm2 socket apu, and natively supports 2133 mhz memory dual channel. People sayin that upgrading your ram is a waste of time have no idea what they are talking about. With an apu it's huge benefit for your igpu. Not cpu... skip th 5800k. It's just a slower version of 6800k and has a better memory controller. And a higher native frequency. If u do it right u can get kaveri numbers out of it if u overclock it with the right Ram Right Mobo (chipset) 88x Or Even 85x and an 8 pin cpu power connection not 4...
