APU Coil Whine?

Hey Everyone,

I'm having an issuing with my AMD A10 7860K APU. I hear a really high pitched sound under heavy loads. You can hear the noise by clicking on the below link. I suspect it's coil whine but I'm not sure. I have a custom built eBay PC. It has an MSI miltary class mobo, 2x 4gb EVGA 2133mhz ram, 7200 rpm HDD by Seagate and a Diablotek 500W PSU. Any ideas? If it is coil whine does it affect performance?

That almost sounds like metal rubbing. Have you checked your fans to make sure they aren't making the noice? Could be one of them going bad. I had a CPU fan that made a similar sound once when it was going bad.
