Question APU disabling GPU increase overall CPU performance?

So i soon play on buying a 200ge for a small build for my nephew, its the cheapest resemblance of a g3258 that i could find except it has a iGPU, whereas I already have a 650 ti that i plan on using as hes more than likely only going to play minecraft and such other games. What im wondering is if i completely disable to iGPU and use the APU as a CPU only will that provide any benefits overall performance wise as i wanna get the best out of the money being spent

Disabling the integrated GPU might lower the CPU temps, but since that is a 35W CPU, that is not an issue. The 200GE has only 8 PCIe lanes for your graphics card. That shouldn't be an issue.
