Question APU doesn't support more than 60 fps ?

I heard apu and igpu doesn't support more than 60 fps. So, If your monitor refresh rate is more than 60, you will get no benefit as you have apu which doesn't have dgpu. Is that right ? Suppose, I can't use 144Hz if I use 5600g which has only vega 7 integrated graphics but no dgpu (but my monitor support 144hz)

Igpu performance has never been that great for any recent game on med-high settings. Some titles might see close to 60fps depending on settings. Old Valve games like L4D, CS etc, yeah it'll do near 100fps.

As for actually setting 144Hz, are you able to do that in Windows? This'll depend on motherboard video port and which interface monitor accepts for 144Hz and at what resolution.
