APU Graphics problems

Okay, so I have an AMD 7890k and it used to run a good amount of games without problems, now it seems like I can't run much even at the lowest settings, I've disabled most applications at launch, I've tried reinstalling drivers, getting the newest drivers, etc.
Nothing seems to be working, considering that older Pentiums can run the games I try to run at good settings at high frames and I can't even get passed 30 at times, I'm not sure what's going on.

Have you accumulated a lot of stuff starting with Win? Check your TRAY for apps you can disable.
Run CCleaner and do the Clean and Registry portions both.
Run Malwarbytes to check for poorly written malware that may be robbing resources.
Run a full virus check too.
How much RAM does your system have?
