I am building a budget apu build and the ones I'm deciding between are the A10 7850k and the 7860k. Not the 7870k because thats too high of a price. I'm leaning towards the 7850k because thats available from where I'm buying.

Not at all. You can use any video card you want with them. They have "R7" graphics built on to the APU. There is a thing called dual graphics which is a hybrid crossfire between the IGP on the APU and a dedicated GPU but I would highly recommend NOT wasting your money on it. It is always better to get a single more powerful GPU than two in a SLI or Crossfire especially if it is a hybrid crossfire.. What are you planning on using this system for? Oh and the only difference is the clock speed between those two APU's you listed. Both are unlocked so you can overclock the cheaper one to the same clock speed...

is there a cheaper gpu that has already been released? Under a very tight budget. Also which gpus are compatible with the 7850k or 7860k because I don't think I can afford a dedicated gpu right now.

So the 7850K, 7860K, and 7870K are all APU's with on die GPU, the Athlon versions of FM2+ like the X845 are cpu only and will require a dedicated gpu to run the system. You can add a dedicated gpu to a APU like the 7850K ect.. Pretty much any PCI-E GPU should work as long as it will fit in your case and your PSU can power it.
