Is it possible to Dual Graphics an APU w/Radeon R7 with a Motherboard Onboard Video Chipset w/Radeon R7?

Or APU w/Radeon R7 with a discrete graphics card R9 280?

Also, is it possible to link all three together to get max gpu processing power?

No, you can't linked them. Either you have to use Integrated APU gpu or the discrete graphics card.
