Apu update crash

I have the Ryzen 3 2200g , with the rx 460, I updated my vega 8 driver and now my screen is permanently black.

Does rolling back the driver fix the problem? You can do this in device manager.
You can also try to boot in safe mode. If this fixes the problem, it's most likely software (driver)-related

Have you tried uninstalling the RX 460 and using the integrated graphics to boot up PC? (With display cable to motherboard, of course.)
