apu won't start when cpu inserted

Hi.
My PC just turned off today and won't start. I cleaned coolers but it didn't help. Then I deattached everything from MB except cpu. APU just has cooler on for 2 seconds and then turn off. If I deattach CPU APU starting working.
Is there way to investigate what was broked, CPU or MB?

MB msi 870s-c45
cpu athlon FX 8150
