It is quite unbalanced to put a 980ti and an x4 860k in the same build. It will bottleneck HARD. It will run most RPG games pretty well but you could spend your money more wisely,

only get this if you are gaming at 1440p 60 - 144fps,

do you live in the US?

do you have a good monitor? I can include one in the budget.

I basically replaced everything there as this build is basically better in most respects.
