Is the Intel Arc 770 good?

is it stable. reliable in fps games. new and old.
would compete with amd and nvidia ?

It's a solid card. A770 is very competitive in dx12 to its nearby competition which are the rx 6600 and rtx 3050. It's very poorly in older games as it requires a translation layer on all the dx 11 stuff and older. The 6600 will generally do better and cost less.

There was news that a recent driver update really helped with dx9 performance, but they likely still have work to do. Think of Intel like a car manufacturer. If you go to buy a new car you don’t usually buy the 1st year of a new model, give them time to iron things out. However Intel likely will get there.

thanks for your help. i heard dx9 is bad but i play dx11, dx12 games. but I don't know how it works with the old processor

The real limiting factor is really if you motherboard/cpu supports resizable bar. That really hurt performance.....

can't find any page to check bottleneck a770. so I don't know if there are many bottlenecks and if everything will work

It depends what you mean good. It performs well in DX12 without ray tracing but Intel's DX11 and DX9 support is patchy and some of those games wont play that well at the moment. Intel are early in the cycle of developing GPU's and drivers. You do get hardware cheaper than the big 2 but there is some element of beta testing you are doing.
