Question ARC with splitter

I’m trying to hook my soundbar into the ARC port on my TV while putting a splitter on one of the other TV HDMI ports for my other four devices.
Will the audio successfully transfer to the soundbar for each device if I’m using a splitter on another port or is this going to create an issue?

I don’t have a splitter, just wanted to confirm before buying one.
