Archage lag issues and fix- Radeon 7950hd

Ok so I play Archage and there is a fishing bug with the boats causing unplayable lag which is ruining it for me. i found this video

It explains how to change the settings on Nvidia cards. When I go to the catalyst control centre it says many of the options but I can't seem to find the CUDA Gpus one which I need to change. What do I do to find this and fix it?

only options i can see are:
anti-aliasing-mode, filter and samples
filter
Morphologiccal filtering
anisotropic filtering-mode and level
texture filtering quality
surface format optimisation
wait for vertical refresh
open gl triple buffering
tesselation mode
max tesselation mode

i see my knowledge of the game is irrelevant.,jus
to need work out cuda gps/firestorm settings

AMD cards don't have the CUDA technology, it's an NVIDIA exclusive. AMD cards use stream processors or 'FireStream'

Sorry, I don't know anything about this game. Never played it. Try updating your drivers if you haven't already. And close down any background applications you don't need opened.
