[SOLVED] Archer AX1500 or Archer C80 AC1900

Help me decide which one is better, i am confused on what to buy.

The C80 is wifi5 and the Ax1500 is wifi6 capable. If you need wifi6 get the ax. if you don't then either one would work for you.

Unless you have wifi6 devices I would buy the ac1900 and wait. Wifi6 is outdated tech and wifi6e is just starting to become more common.

Even if you want wifi6 that is a very poor choice. Most wifi6 end devices only support 80mhz channels so they can't use that routers ability to use 160mhz channels. It is also a single stream router...ie no mimo. So this is pretty much the same as buying a 802.11ac router with a number of 600.

You likely are going to get faster connection to the older 802.11ac 1900.

It all depends on your end devices.
