It is like put a Supra engine in a Corolla.... And all that with a 2000mAh battery?? it better be removable...

At this rate smart phones will probably replace a vast majority of desktops altogether. If they becomes as flexible as a real OS then nothing will stop users from just plugging it to a bigger screen and using bluetooth pheriperals.

Ya lpedraja2002 except it wouldn't last very long unless theres a huge breakthrough in battery tech....I remember the ubuntu edge whuch was on indiegogo , it had amazing specs and did plug into monitors with the full ubuntu os, as well as having android

Well with the use of slimport or mhl you don't need to worry about battery since you can charge it while connected to the tv or monitor.

This is only valid option for web browsing and video playback.Arm is small and energy efficient and by small it's really small it isn't full size processor it only possesses fraction of 'processing units' of a x86 cpu.Another problem is rather limited and slow storage. Portable hdd/ssd would be mandatory for this device. The biggest problem of this phone replace desktops idea is this is only suitable for let's say single people, because when you are away of your phone-pc station it isn't functional.Whenever you'd let someone else use it they have full access to your phone, most people don't like that idea. There obviously is market for this but I only assume it's not very big right now and that will also influence the price of whole solution.
