Arctic Accelero IV vs III

ok so im looking at cooling my furnace of an r9 290 and am deciding between the IV and III
im leaning more towards the III as the IV would touch my cpu cooler and apparently the vrm cooling doesnt work so well but i wanted to some outside views on this

Well the III comes with the loose heatsinks that you can place where they will fit. The 4 comes with that 'full cover' heatsink.

I think the III gives you more flexibility, especially if your card already has some heatsinks on it after whatever cooler you have on there is removed.
