Arctic accelero twin turbo II

hey guys,
currently i have my TT2 hooked up to the 12v option on the molex adapter, leaving the 7 volt option empty, it is possible to connect both, would this reverse the current and fry my PSU or the fans by any chance?

sorry i didnt explain it well, the TT2 has one cable that comes off the cooler, which then splits into two four pin connectors for the graphics card, the cooler also has a molex adapter, which converts one molex plug into two of thee same four pin connectors, however, one is rated at 7v and the other at 12v, i was wondering if it would be safe to connected both connectors on the cooler to both connectors on the molex
