I bought a arctic cooler, and i want to replace to my new mb
How to dissamble?

If on an Intel socket do you turn the black knobs counter clockwise fully. Might want to let the pc run for a short while to get the paste under soft.

It is on my mb the arctic cooler, but i want to move to another mb, but i dont know how to remove the 2 plastic holder
