I want to add case fans to my setup:
-The motherboard (GIGABYTE GA-Z170-Gaming K3) have 4 pins fan connectors.
-The case can take 80mm and 92mm fans.

My local retail store have these fans:

-ARCTIC F8 PWM Rev.2:
https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-F8-PWM-Rev-2-Controlled/dp/B00H3SWJ24

-ARCTIC F8 Pro PWM:
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186031

-ARCTIC F8 PWM PST:
https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-PWM-PST-Controlled-Technology/dp/B002KTVFPI

-ARCTIC F8 PWM PST CO:
https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-F8-PWM-PST-CO/dp/B007YLUC7O

-ARCTIC F9 PRO PWM PST:
https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-PRO-PWM-PST-Anti-Vibration/dp/B00261JWWS

I might be overthinking it, they look the same to me tbh. Which one should I go for?

Here's a small description what those Pro, PWM, PST, CO mean,
F8, F9, F12, F14 - size of the fan, e.g F9 is 92mm while F12 is 120mm fan
Pro - one way installation only, also fan is thicker than regular fan (34mm vs 25mm)
PWM - 4-pin fan, can be controlled with DC or PWM mode
PST - fan has PWM pass-through, so you can daisy-chain 4-pin fans to each other
CO - fan has dual ball bearing and is designed for continuous operation (24/7) in harsher environments (e.g servers)

With this info, best 80mm fan would be Arctic F8 PWM PST. You don't have to use PWM pass-though but it's handy when you want to connect 2x fans on single MoBo fan header since you don't need to buy separate Y-splitters for that.

Do note that you can mount Arctic F9 Pro...

Do note that you can mount Arctic F9 Pro PWM PST only one way and if you'd mount it inside the case, the fan will be exhaust fan. Also it's lot thicker than regular case fan and you may not have enough clearance for it.

Here's also Arctic fan lineup in sizes of 80mm and 92mm,
specs: https://www.arctic.ac/eu_en/products/cooling/case-fan.html?case_fan=125_126

Arctic Cooling fans are solid case fans and i have also several of them in use (120mm in size). While they doesn't offer any eyecandy since they lack LEDs, they do have fluid dynamic bearing (except CO fans) which have very quiet operation and long lifespan.
