Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 pro with socket AM3+?

Hi all,

Can anyone please tell me if this heatsink:

Would work on my FX-8350 AM3+ and Asus M5A97 mobo?

I originally got this heatsink for my old AM3 CPU, but my 1100T burned and the warranty replaced it with the FX8350.

Yes, it will work, but the mtg arrangement will limit you to the fan blowing either up or down the length of the motherboard. Not out the back of the case like most setups. Not a big deal, and if you have a vented top, it will be just as good.
