Question Arctic freezer 34 Esports Duo installation issue ?

Hey y’all, I was installing the Arctic Freezer 34 Esports Duo on my ROG STRIX B550 AM4 Motherboard to cool my R5 5600X, and I’ve run into an issue. Whenever I try screwing in the AM4 standoffs for the cooler into my motherboard’s backplate mounts, 2 go in smoothly while the other 2 standoffs only go halfway before becoming too tight, so they won’t go all the way down. Is there any fix or should I call Arctic? I gave them an email but it’s been 6 days with no response.
