ARCTIC Freezer A11 - Temps soar when installing Windows 10

I just finished building my new PC, I can play FB games lol.. but when I tried to install Windows 10.. my CPU temps went to (what I was in the corner screen before it shut down) 67C.. and it shut down... I know it had shut down while idle a few times as well, because I'd left the room and come back to it being shut off.
My build bits.. (currently windows 7 pro)

That cooler is NOT capable if cooling a 225 watt TDP CPU. I would HIGHLY recommend you move over to a Noctua D15 as well as a new PSU.

Those are both rather pricey, could you recommend lesser costing options?

Can you return the 9370? If so, get an 8320, then you can get away with a cheaper PSU.

i've already RMA'd the PSU and Heatsink/Fan.. and mailed the off
