Hello,I recently purchased a Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor, along with an MSI B650 Tomahawk motherboard, Gskill Flare X5 memory, and an Arctic Freezer III 360 Black AIO cooler. Yesterday, I assembled everything, and there were no issues. However, the cooler is making very strange noises. I tried connecting it with both the all-in-one cable and separately with the triple cable (VRAM, PUMP, FAN), but in both cases, there is this faint buzzing sound. I did some testing, and while adjusting the Fan Control program, I realized that the sound is coming from the three large fans mounted on the top of the case. If I set them to 70% performance, the noise is less noticeable, but I don't want them to spin at that rate constantly without any load. Since this is my first AIO cooler, I'm wondering if this is a normal sound or if there might be an issue, and I should send it back for RMA? Thank you in advance for your responses!

Black Arctic P12 fans are known to be noisy at certain RPM, whining like noise at about 1000rpm specially when horizontal. I replaced mine with ARGB model and they are very quiet.
