News Arctic guarantees its LGA1700 coolers are compatible with Intel's next-gen LGA1851 socket

I'm really curious how the LFIII is going to perform on ARL given it is just okay on LGA 1700. I don't think their contact frame mounting would allow for any offset. I have had a theory that perhaps Intel had disclosed which side of the socket the compute tiles would be on so they may have designed the mounting mechanism around that.

I'm hoping there are some cooling reviews around launch in case ARL is a good choice as choosing the right cooler is high on my priority list.

Forget air coolers, use liquid. Processors will last forever.
And who are now making liquid coolers for upcoming 500W Intel and AMD processors?

Caveat when Intel and mobo makers push the CPU boost too aggressively, leading to increased failure rate with water cooling because it's running too cool.
