How many db does ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB have when a pc is idle and overload? And is 32 db loud for 120mm fans?

Noise is a subjective term/topic. To me most AIO's are silent at idle. Some don't want to hear the swoosh of the fan blades. What do you mean by overload? An AIO will only be as effective as the case it's in. If your case doesn't have airflow(intake or exhaust) then the AIO is a sitting duck.
