Good day All,

I am planning to update my pc. I am going to buy i5 13600k with noctua nh-d15.

I used since i have gaming pc the mx-4 on my cpus. I was very happy with its longevity and temps. Do you think mx-6 is a worth upgrade for the mentioned cpu?

Is it going to dry out quick or it will be lasting as MX-4?

Thanks for your replies.

If you are going to buy a Noctua cooler, it will include the excellent Noctua paste.

I wouldn't get very excited about the distinction between thermal pastes, but you may be in a state of high anxiety over temps. If you are, then buy several and experiment and draw whatever conclusions that indicates to you.

Thank You for all of your answer. The thing is that I have already the Noctua cooler in my current build what i will move onto the 13600k. But my concern is about how quick it will dry out? So far the Mx4 was even after a year still okay under the cooler. I was thinking also about tg kyronaut but i have read it dries out quick. Mx6 i have read it performs better temps than mx4.
So I was just courious about your opinion.
