Question Arctic p12 p14 noise ?

Hello,
I have all fans in my case from Arctic. 3x120 P12pmw in fron intake., 1x120 P12pmw rear exhaust. 2x140 P14pmw top exaust. I set all fans to quiet setup low RPM about 700. But i always hear some noise from fans. Is maybe motor noise i dont know. Is anyone here with some experience about these fans. Is better to buy some other fans? Noctuw? Scytche? Be quiet?

what is the manufacturer reported decibel for the two models?
you can compare this to known quiet fans like the be quiet! Silent Wings 3(~28.3dB @ 100% RPM) and see if there is a noticeable reported difference.

P12 has 3 sone.. Is about 22.5db..

don't know if i'd even believe that unless they also have very low airflow & air pressure.
the Silent Wings 3 High Speed are inaudible up to ~80% of 1600RPM and even @ 100% they are fairly quiet.

are you sure the noise you're hearing isn't coming from a power supply fan or graphics card fans?

You know, when a manufacturer advertises fan noise, none of them ever say from how far away they recorded that.
Is there a universal measurement they all use?
