Question Arctis 1 wireless headset - phone conversation issues with Galay A51

Hello,
I have recently purchased the Arctis 1 wireless headset.
The plug & play USB-C dongle easily connects to my Galaxy A51 (fully updated), wherein media can be played, and audio can be recorded in order.

However when I try a simple phone conversation I hear the ringtone via the headset, I can accept the call with it, but I just can't hear or talk -
this is still routed to the phone itself for some reason.
I do not see any setting I can control or set it in, aside of re-inserting the dongle.

Is basic talking on the phone in this way supported with this headset?
What am I missing here?

I'd appreciate any assistance.
