Arctis 3 died after windows 10 update

tried everything i have tried reinstalling software and firmware tried troubleshooter tried everything i could find

Do you have the latest version of Steelseries engine 3? https://steelseries.com/engine

I don't know if it helps, I am not sure how old the version is , I can't see anything similar relating to this year.

Which version of win 10 are you on?
right click start
choose run...
type winver and press enter
Current version is 1803 build 17134.48

yeah i updated it and found out the problem
i need to reinstall the firmware on the headset somehow

FIRMWARE STUFFED also played with cable a lil bit
