Hello, I bought arctis pro wireless headphones today and I noticed that the right hinge works smoothly and works, while the left one is a bit harder and makes a squeaking sound.

What to do in such a situation?
Return them and order the same ones?

Just spend a few minutes "working" the hinge and see if the hinge loosens up and/or becomes quieter.

Failing that try using the graphite from the tip of the pencil.

Scribble on the axle a bit to get some graphite down into the hinge/joint. May take a few tries to work the graphite in far enough.

As a last resort you could try the powdered graphite that comes in a small tube. Generally used for lubricating key locks.

However that can get very messy - even if very careful.

"I don't want problems in future."

No one does.

There are always risks and trade-offs.

If I had headphones that work and sound really well to me then I would ignore a bit of stiffness and squeak in the hinge.

Or at least try a bit of lubrication via a pencil or graphite.

Otherwise fill out the warranty card, go online, or otherwise do what is needed to establish warranty.

If a hinge breaks then make a warranty claim.

Document everything and keep copies.
