Are 1150 and 1155 sockets the same?

I'm talking about cpu cooler wise. Will a 1155 socket work with a 1150?

they have the same cpu cooler mounting points, but in terms of the socket they are not the same, saying on how u wrote the question. Sockets 1156,1155, and 1150 use the same cooler mounting points, so all coolers that support 1156 or 1155 are good for 1150
