Are 1300rpm fans sufficient for custom watercooling?

Going to have a 360mm thicc rad for a gpu+cpu.(non oc)
Fans are NZXT Fn v2 which are 1300rpm.
Can i efficiently cool my rig with these fans?

my fans never go over 1100rpm on my loop

so cant see why not though every loop is different obviously

yea definitely.
might want to look into some PWM or a fan controller to control the fans to run at lower speeds while idle and faster when on load
