I want to get a big monitor (27-32 inch) at 1080p @60Hz. but there are 2k monitors @60Hz (24,25 inch) with near the same price. should i just get 2k monitor or a 1080?

i have a RX 480 and am planning to upgrade to the Kabylake i5 7500K from my Haswell i5 4590.
Very light gaming. Mostly do coding, work, watch movies, browse, etc

Solution
There will be a higher pixel density on the 22" screen of course, as the 1080p display is stretched over a smaller area.
However 27" 1080p is fine regardless for watching movies and gaming, nothing wrong with it. :)
An RX 480 isn't worth going 1440p with, it won't be able to push all those frames, that's a 1.6x pixel increase.
There's not really that big of a difference going from 1080p to 1440p anyway.
Plus 99% of content is native 1080p or 4k, and is 16:9 aspect ratio so there's no incentive to upgrade for media.
What monitor do you have atm?
An ultrawide isn't a wise purchase atm, not well supported, and it takes too much extra to run for the added benefit in a few select applications.

i have 1 22in AOC monitor ATM http://

was thinking to get : these Dell monitors
1: http://
2: http://

idk about the large 1080p monitors, havent saved any yet
but heres on i might be ok with
http://

Also, why wouldnt the RX480 be enough? isntit powerful? im thinking of getting another 480 later when it gets a bit cheaper. or buy one more powerful under 200

ya but i barely play games lol, i meant for day to day uses, should i get a 2k monitor, or a large 27-32 inch monitor? 2k dell monitor for better image and aesthetics (perfect for my setup). or a large 1080p for better multitasking capabilities and..well a large monitor looks hot loool.

another question, is it possible to play the witcher 3 on 1080p on the dell 2k monitor?

lol anyways, wwhat do u guys think of this monitor: https://www.amazon.com/AOC-i2777fq-27-Inch-Monitor-Bezel-less/dp/B01BMB3ANE/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1487651311&sr=8-3&keywords=vesa%2Bmonitors&th=1

dont know too much about monitor since i only have experience with a 1080p 22inch, so i have no idea how text and stuff will look. some people say its bad to get a big monitor at 1080p, other say its fine, like so confused rn

would playing something like wither 3 be a problem on the 27 in? will watching netflexx of something on the 27 be a prob? in terms of the quality of the image. Since im using a 22inch AOC monitor, will i see a difference in the quality?

LOOL sorry was sleepy af when i wrote this.

Anyways, There will be no noticeable differences between the 22in and 27 in monitors and the quality of the movies on netflex right? A few people told me that using a bigger screen at 1080p will make things more pixelated since the 1080 X 1920 pixels will be stretched out. Others say that there would be no difference. So which is true lol?
