Are 7 Phases enough?

Hello, im looking to get an i5 8600k and a cheapish motherboard that can get this bad boy to 5ghz

I have an auraflow 240 water cooler

Will the Gigabyte gaming ultra be able to get it it 5ghz with only 7 phases?

You will need the z370 for the i5 8600K, I hope the MB is not z270 or z170.
