Are 80mm fans enough for exhaust and intake?

There is a SilverStone micro atx case that I am looking at. It has some ventilation however it has 3 fans only. One is 120mm which is on the side and can only cool the hard drive cages. The others are on the top of the case at the right panel which are kind of slanted to cool the graphics card and other components. However they are only 80mm each and there is no exhaust fan. I was wondering if I set it up so that 1 is exhaust and 1 is intake would that be strong enough to cool my PC? Many thanks in advance!

Here is the case: SilverStone SST-SG11B; Sugo SFF Micro ATX, black

I do not want to overclock cause my mobo cant overclock. My specs: i5 4690k (NOT overclocked), gtx 970, and 8gb of ram. I already know that you need good cooling for overclocking and don't plan to do this. I just want this as a temp case for portability. Also any chance I can put a radiator in there to cool my CPU? I don't have a low profile CPU Cooler.
