Are all 23-inch monitors exactly the same?

I have an asus vh238 23-inch monitor and i was wondering if i got another 23-inch monitor will the two 23-inch monitors be exactly the same size or should i just get the same monitor

Some are 22.9 etc. They aren't all the exact same size. They'll be close though.

Get another one of what you've got if you're worried.

The screen size will be the same, but the monitor bezels will most likely be different.
