Are all ATX power supplies of the same dimensions?

I am planning to buy 750 watts ATX power supply. I am planning to buy it before I choose any case so i wanted to confirm that will a ATX power supply fit in any mid tower ATX case?

Generally speaking, yes, though sometimes, a power supply will be a little long, but never seen an ATX PSU not fit an ATX case.

The rear panel is dictated by the ATX standard's mounting holes and clearances. Length can vary quite a bit but usually isn't an issue until you get into fancy 1000+W units.
